Single-Tasking with the Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro Technique combines single-tasking with timed intervals. Choose one task. Set a timer for 25 minutes (a “pomodoro”). Work exclusively on that task, resisting distractions. When the timer rings, take a 5-minute break. After four pomodoros, take a longer break (15-20 minutes).
