In the lesson two video, the first that talks about email scheduling, my question is, is there a way to program the email such that whenever a mail is sent, for example a travel mail, it goes straight to the travel category or folder?
Secondly, I don’t understand what was meant by encouraging one’s client to use one primary calendar, is it in relation to email? Like a client should simply use one email?

Thank you for your question.
For your first question, yes, there is a way. You can do that by creating a keyword filter that automatically labels using keywords but it might not always work if your email does not contain the keyword so you might have to review often too or note if the email does not contain the keyword then you can label it manually. For your second question, your client might have multiple emails for different aspects of their lives so in this case, it means, there are different calendars for different emails. This might be stressful to manage and not a very good way to stay organized and schedule properly so it is best to dedicate a single calendar for all appointments for easy update and management, So, despite having multiple email addresses, there is a single calendar that serves as the primary calendar for all.
I hope this answers your questions.
Thank you,
